I don’t like diets. Largely because I like food. Especially sausages, pasta, chocolate, peanut butter, crisps and cake with a nice cup of tea.
But I don’t want to turn into an unhealthy bloater. So I run about a bit in an attempt to burn off the excess calories and keep my heart healthy. Both running and food make me happy. And people on diets often look a bit miserable, don’t they?
So, this is my blog about running. And eating. I had a little girl in May 2013, so you might find the odd reference to her (and her developing appetite) too.
